1.    Eligibility:

• Open to active-duty military members, veterans of all ages, and their children (ages 5–18).

• Must reside in the United States (or specify regions if limited).

2.    Verification of Service:

• If chosen as a winner, you must provide valid proof of military service (e.g. a valid military ID, or other official verification) to claim your prize.

3.    Limitations:

• One guitar awarded per family or household in a 12-month period.

• Only one entry per household per month.

4.    Selection Process:

• When the contest is running the winner is chosen at our discretion by a panel from Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul.

• Selections are made at the sole discretion of Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul, taking into account various factors such as demonstrated need, eligibility, application completeness, and alignment with our mission and resources. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or receipt of any benefit. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other protected status, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

5.    Announcement & Contact:

• Winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of selection.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within ten (10) days, Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6.    Publicity & Privacy:

• By entering, you grant Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul permission to use your name, child’s name, photos, and service information for promotional or marketing purposes.\

• Basic personal details such as address, email, and phone number will be used solely to facilitate the giveaway and not shared with third parties outside the purpose of this program.

7.    Liability Release:

• Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul is not responsible for any shipping delays, damage during shipping, or any injury resulting from using the provided guitar or participating in music lessons.

8.    Dispute Resolution:

• All decisions made by Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul regarding eligibility, selection, or any other matter related to this program are final and binding. By submitting an application, participants agree to waive any right to challenge or contest these decisions, and acknowledge that no further appeals or formal dispute processes are available.

9.    Modification/Cancellation Rights:

• Music 4 Life Blues 4 the Soul reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

10.    No Purchase Necessary:

• There is no entry fee or donation required to participate in this giveaway.
